Warranty for Cleaning Equipment
CLEANMASTER is authorised to carry out Warranty Repairs on most Products that we supply.
The repairs will be carried out in house, by our own factory trained technicians.
Please note that we will only carry out the repair under any of the following conditions:
- The machine was purchased from Cleanmaster
- The machine was NOT purchased from Cleanmaster, but is a Commercial Quality machine of a type that we sell.
CLEANMASTER does not offer the warranty, but the manufacturer of the goods, and we must obtain the manufacturers approval before proceeding with any warranty repairs.
If you have a machine that was not purchased from us, and is for Domestic or Home use, please contact the manufacturer as shown below:
